Do I need experience to join?
Not at all. We work with complete beginners every day. Your first session starts with an assessment so your coach understands exactly where you are and where you want to go. No program starts until we know your goals.
What's the difference between group classes and personal training?
Group classes are small and coach-led — you train alongside others at your own pace with constant attention from the coach. Personal training is fully 1-on-1 with a program built entirely around you. Many members do both.
How do I get started?
Book a class or intro session through the schedule above. Rosemary and the team will meet you at the door. No commitment required to try your first session — just show up.
Are there contracts or lock-in periods?
Group class memberships are available in 3, 6, and 12-month commitments — longer terms get a better monthly rate. Personal training sessions are purchased in packages with no expiry pressure. No hidden fees.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. We have everything else. Show up a few minutes early so we can introduce you to your coach and walk you through what to expect.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Yes. Our certified nutrition coaches offer personalized meal plans and ongoing adjustments built around your goals and lifestyle — not generic diets. Sessions can be booked standalone or alongside your training program.
